We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. Cancellation Policy
Any order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to make changes. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We’re confident you’ll love Smoothimate, and we encourage you to try it for a minimum of 14 days to see the benefits. If you’re still not happy, you may return your product anytime after 14 days and within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Please note: shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable.

Damaged Items
We carefully package every order to prevent damage during shipping. We consider an item damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Damaged packaging (like dented boxes) does not qualify if the product itself is in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery at austin@smoothimate.com
Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays outside of our control, including courier issues, customs, or other circumstances. For lost, stolen, or delayed packages, please contact the courier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you do not notify us of an incorrect address within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be entitled to a resend or refund.
