At Smoothimate, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders.
Getting Your Order Ready:
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and send out your order. Once your package is handed off to the courier, it is considered dispatched and on its way to you. During peak times or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Please remember, carriers may experience delays during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs when shipping worldwide. These factors are outside of our control and may extend delivery times.
Need to Change Something?
Double-check your shipping info at checkout. If something is off, it can delay things. If you've spotted a mistake just drop us a line at austin@smoothimate.com within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to fix it (but we can't make promises after that timeframe).
Missing Package?
If your Smoothimate seems lost, or if someone else decided they needed it more than you, let us know right away at austin@smoothimate.com. We'll jump on it, though please keep in mind that once your order leaves Smoothimate HQ, it's in the carrier's hands.
